Turned Upside Down but Still Smiling

Welcome to my blog, a place where I can share my thoughts and how different my life has become. Just want to say I know there are a lot people out in the big wide world, that are in a worse position and place than me. This said there's a lot I could do before, but life has thrown me another curve ball so lets see how we get on with life now that I cannot do so much anymore.

This was my lovely Wife's suggestion, also my therapist thought it was a good idea for me to do. So I will give  this a go and maybe if I'm lucky make someone's day. Hopefully as time goes on I might be able to make a couple more friends, if I do it well enough at this. In time it could be helpful as well. So welcome to my attempt at blogging and hopefully you will stick with me to learn about my life's up and downs.
